Objective:To explore the feasibility and efficacy of focused ultrasound in the treatment of vulvar nonneoplastic epithelial disorders. cream in treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva。Methods:One hundred and nineteen patients suffered with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva which confirmed by clinic features and pathology in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into two groups. Among119cases,78patients were included in study group(FU group)and received FU treatment, and the rest of41patientswere treated、th Halcinonide cream and served as control group. The protocol of FUtreatment was continuous line scanning and irradiation for20-40min per patiem, theoutput power ofFU WaS3.0-4.0W. On the other hand, Halcinonide cream was applied twotimes every day in control group continuously for three months. The therapeutic effectsbetween two groups were observed and evaluated3months after treatment, between two groups were observed and evaluated3months after treatment. Results:Clinical cure rate, efficiency, total efficiency was23.08%,69.23%and92.31%respectively in FU group, witll no significant difference exist among differem pathologicaltypes and ages(p>0.05), while significant difference call be found among different COurSe of disease(p<0.05). In control group, clinical cure rate, efficiency, total efficiency was4.88%,60.98%and65.85%respectively. The total effective rate in FU group(92.31%)Was significantly higher than that in control group(65.85%)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Focused ultrasound demonstrates more reliable and convincible therapeutic effects for patients suffered、tll normeoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva whencompared、tll Halcinonide cream.
