BackgroundNon-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva is a common gynecological vulvar dermatoses, which people’s awareness of the disease is superficial and poor treatment effect and high recurrence rate.In recent years, with the deepening understanding of the disease, new treatments beyond the previous treatment methods to improve clinical and reduce the relapse rate.Currently, the main purpose of treatment is to relieve the clinical symptoms associated with the disease, improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the psychological burden of patients.Focused ultrasound treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva as a representative topical treatment technique has the non-invasive security, markedly faster, maintain a long time, recurrence rate characteristics.Safety and efficacy for the treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva has gained everybody’s recognition, and gradually widely used in clinical practice. This study is a retrospective analysis of patients of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva who accept focused ultrasound therapy, postoperative follow-up of clinical symptoms and signs of local circumstances by comparing the difference between preoperative and postoperative symptoms to judge the safety and effectiveness of focused ultrasound treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva. In addition, by comparing efficiency to initial determine the relationship between different course of disease and treatment effect.Objective:1. To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of focused ultrasound therapy for non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva.2. To initial determine the relationship between different course of disease and treatment effect. Methods:In this research there are 32 patients from Haifu hospital of the First affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university during June 2011 and September 2014, who were diagnosised with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva and accepted CZF treatment. A retrospective analysis of their clinical symptom score before treatment and after six months of treatment.By comparing the Statistically significant difference of clinical symptom score before and after treatment, macroscopic evaluation of the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound in non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva. By comparing efficiency to initial determine the relationship between different course of disease and treatment effect.Results:1. CZF ultrasound treatment after six months, clinical symptoms and local signs compared with preoperative differences there was a significant (P=0.00<0.05).All patients had no serious complications such as skin ulceration occurred.2. The course of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva can affect focused ultrasound treatment effect.Conclusions:1. Focused ultrasound therapy for non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva is a safe and effective method of treatment.2. The relationship between the course of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva and focused ultrasound treatment effect is negative correlation.
