Application Of Ultrasound Elasticity Imaging In Cervical Lesions

Objective:To explore the characteristics of ultrasound elasticity image of cervical lesions. Methods:On normal cervix、chronic cervicitis、cervical intraepithelial neplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer,a total of137patients with regular by trans vaginal ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging, obtain cervical elasticity image stabilization, elastic scoring on image. The image can be divided into1～5grade. Results:Normal cervical elastic score of87.5%(21/24) is1,chronic cervicitis elastic score of82.3%(28/34)is2～3, CIN elastic score of83.9%(26/21)is2～3, cervical cancer elastic score of85.4%(41/48) ranged from4to5, On normal cervix and the distribution of different pathological types of ultrasound elasticity imaging score with statistical difference distribution, four groups of cases respectively are compared, and two elastic score for chronic cervicitis and CIN elastic score more indiscriminate, groups of elasticity score comparison have statistical significance. Conclusion:Cervical lesions of different elasticity imaging image has some characteristic, has certain clinical value to the diagnosis of cervical lesions.
