| Objective:To investigate the FIB and the MPV and acute cerebral infarction (ACI) relationships, and neurological damage correlation. Methods:429cases of cerebral infarction (ACI group) and429cases of Non-cerebral infarction group (control group) platelets system (PLA, MPV, PCT, PDW) and the coagulation system (PT, INR, FIB, APTT) the level of the relevant parameters, and use the U.S. National Institutes of Health stroke Scale (NIHSS) in acute cerebral infarction patients with neurologic impairment assessment, according to the NIHSS score ACI group will be divided into mild, moderate and severe types, type of comparison between the groups. Results:Compared with the control group, cerebral infarction platelet count (PLT) levels significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01), mean platelet volume (MPV), mean platelet distribution width (PDW) and fibrinogen (FIB) levels were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that, MPV and FIB was independently associated with cerebral infarction (OR=1.628,95%CI:1.427-1.857; OR=7.115,95%CI:4.981-10.164); FIB levels of both inter-and MPV no significant correlation.ACI group with different NIHSS genotyping levels of pairwise comparisons between FIB difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), in patients with acute cerebral infarction FIB levels and NIHSS score was positively correlated (r=0.451, P<0.01).Conclusion:FIB and MPV may be causing acute cerebral infarction risk factors for ACI, and the severity of FIB and was a significant positive correlation, dynamic monitoring of its level for the prevention of acute cerebral infarction, treatment and assessment of severity of the disease has clinical significance. |
