A Study On TCM Clinical Medication Rule Of Hyperplasia Of The Mammary Gland

1.Objectives：The purpose of this study was to summarize the herbs used on HMG(hyperplasiaof the mammary gland) about Syndrome of Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation,Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis and Syndrome of Disharmony Chong andConception Channels,to find out the regulations of medicine application,to providethe scientific evidence for clinical treatment.2.Methods：The paper collected clinical cases of HMG from2003to2013according to theinclusion criteria，analyzed the application of herbs on various syndromes based onFrequency Statistics and Association Rule to unearth high-frequency herbs andcompatibility law.3.Results:3.1Blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs, Qi-regulating herbs and Tonicswere the three largest proportion on Syndrome of Liver Depression and QiStagnation;3.2As the herbs on Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis,the four largestproportion were Blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs, Tonics, Qi-regulatingherbs and Phlegn-resolving and Cough and Dyspnea-resolving herbs;3.3Tonics, Blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs, and Qi-regulating herbswere the three largest proportion on Syndrome of Disharmony Chong and ConceptionChannels.4.Conclusions:Blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs,Tonics and Qi-regulating herbs wereboth valued on various syndromes of HMG,as well as invigorate the spleen;herbswere different depend on different causes, Qi-regulating herbs were primary on Syndrome of Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation,with Blood-activating andstasis-resolving herbs and a small amount of herbs can eliminate stagnation and relivepain; Blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs and Phlegn-resolving and Coughand Dyspnea-resolving herbs were mainly used on Intermingled Phlegm and BloodStasis combined with Qi-regulating herbs; Tonics were the most important onSyndrome of Disharmony Chong and Conception Channels,especially tonifyingkidney yang herbs,with Blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs, Qi-regulatingherbs and a small quantity of Phlegn-resolving and Cough and Dyspnea-resolvingherbs.
