The Clinical Study To Observe The Effect Of Xiaopigao Paste On The Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland Patients

Objective:The study through the clinical randomized controlled trails between xiaopigao and sanjierupigao,to observe the clinical monitoring index changes?including symptom,objective sign score,related laboratory inspection items?of the Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland patients who were divided into two groups.Then to observe the clinical effect and security of xiaopigao in the those patients,to provide a reliable evidence for the clinical screening of best treatment,and to offer an objective evidence-based medicine for clinical further promotes.Methods:64 patients who met the inclusion criteria randomly divided into experimental group?xiaopigao group?and control group?sanjierupigao group?,32 cases in each group.Between the two groups,it is comparable that the general data,primary diseases,clinical stages and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before treatment were no significant statistical difference.After enrollment,the experimental group received the xiaopigao treatment,while the control group received sanjierupigao treatment.Both two groups were offered continuous observation of three treatment cycles,and 30 days for 1 cycle.The data of clinical symptoms,signs,and laboratory inspection items?such as E₂,B ultrasound?were collected from patients in two groups before and after treatment to determine curative effects.Results:From the research results,xiaopigao which also has a good security showed certain advantages in relieving the breast pain,narrowing the breast lump?P<0.05?compared with sanjierupigao.Point to the change of E₂,The experimental group was better than the control group After three menstruation circle,Total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29%,and which of the control group was 82.86%,there were differences in the two groups?P<0.05?.The experimental group was better than the control group in comprehensive efficacy of disease.Conclusion:Compared with sanjierupigao treatment,the curative effect in the treatment of xiaopigao on the Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland patients was better,and there was no obvious poisonous side effect.The treatment of xiaopigao could effectively reduce E₂ levels,relieve the clinical symptoms,which could achieve the purpose of eliminating the breast lump and preventing breast cancer and it is worth further clinical promotion and research.
