Objective By measuring the changes of Neutrophil gelatinase-associated carrierprotein (NGAL) and α1-microglobulin (α1-MG),which are the indicators ofimpaired renal function, in urinary, explore the factors of early renal damageafter Ureteroscope Lithotripsy.Method Screen40patients with ureteral stones, collect urine samples ofpreoperative2h and postoperative2,6,12,24,48,72h,detect the concentrationof NGAL and α1-MG by ELISA,analysis the changes of NGAL, α1-MG,and thecorrelation with operation time, the pump pressure.Result NGAL in urine start to rise at postoperative2h,the difference isstatistically significant Comparing with the baseline value (P<0.05),and Peakat postoperative12h,then decrease,at postoperative72h is still higher thanthe baseline value,and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);the difference between the concentration of α1-MG at preoperative2h andthe baseline value is not statistically significant (P>0.05),but theconcentration of α1-MG significantly increase at postoperative12h,Peak atpostoperative24h,and is still higher than the baseline value at postoperative72h,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile the levelsof changes of urine NGAL, α1-MG are positively correlated with operative time,perfusion pressure.Conclusion The levels of changes of urine NGAL and α1-MG afterUreteroscope Lithotripsy are sensitive indicators of reflecting renal early damage, and have correlation with the operation time, perfusion pressure....
