Purpose:Study the diagnostic value of Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in earlypostoperative ischemic of cerebral glioma, and explore the risk factors of early postoperativeischemic of cerebral glioma.Method:Collect and statistical analysis of MRI, DWI test results and individual factors,tumor-related factors, surgery-related factors, treatment-related factors, treatment and otheraspects data of eight cases glioma patients.Result:In8patients, preoperative limb muscle strength of1patient declined, surgeryand drug treatment showed no remission, postoperative limb muscle strength in2patientsdeclined, including one case recovered after drug treatment, and the other one did not fullyrecover. Imaging results, Sheet highlighting shadow appears on one postoperative DWIexamination of the patients, and lesions involved the internal capsule,2patients had a smallamount of high signal intensity at the the edge of surgery, the ADC measurement of thecorresponding region also showed significantly lower than the contralateral, ADC Figureswere found significantly lower;1patient`s surgery edge was found a small amount of mixedhigh signal, the ADC map of the corresponding part was also found mixed lower signal.Conclusion:1. DWI is important for the differential diagnosis to the postoperative edema andischemia, and other postoperative complications of glioma.2. Early postoperative DWI abnormalities is earlier than clinical symptoms, which provided an opportunity for the prevention and treatment of early postoperative ischemic ofcerebral glioma.
