The main purpose of this article is to analysis the rehabilitation of chronic low back pain people, by the method of water fitness. Based on chronic low back pain group research and design related rehabilitation movement characteristics of the water fitness movement, implement targeted for chronic low back pain group training program of water, and analyzes the water fitness movement research and evaluation, which provide specific crowd for chronic low back pain and feasible training plans and related recovery measures of water.By experimental method, questionnaire survey method for chronic low back pain in water fitness training subjects water fitness training for 2 times a week, test before and after the experiment, Based on (VAS), Oswestry disability index (ODI), testing of the lumbar spine mobility test method for evaluation basis, so as to get the following conclusion:1. Chronic low back pain people adopt the way of the water fitness training for eight weeks of the water, the entire cycle of each is divided into three stages:stage adaptation, strengthen and maintain. Each stage of the course content includes:warm up, waist movement exercise, and Stretch and pull section. Designed for chronic low back pain group action are:The water front kick, kick, side kick and kicked back, etc. According to the different stages in the process of experiment increases the training load and intensity and time.2. The impact of chronic low back pain people pain before and after the experiment analysis. Through pain VAS scores before and after the experiment test, and experimental pain at rest, activity after pain, pain at night, when the three stages of pain ratings have been changed, including the water fitness movement in jumping, the water suspension movement can effectively extend under the muscle, eliminate muscle tension, so that the waist and back muscle pain. Compared with before the trial test scores were decreased, especially in the activities of pain was significantly reduce (P<0.05).3. The water fitness effects on ODI dysfunction index score. By 8 weeks of chronic low back pain in water fitness training subjects ODI dysfunction index score before and after the experiment comparison, rating has dropped significantly (P<0.05), proving that the water training of the waist function barrier of chronic low back pain of people have a certain role. After the water front kick, kick, horizontal swing leg movements can make patients with chronic low back pain is the body of each part of the balance and coordination ability get promoted, ease to make lumbar function, effectively improve the waist dysfunction.4. The lumbar motion analysis before and after the experiment. After experiment, lumbar proneness and stretch of motion are obtained after the change, has increased significantly, compared with the experiment before the joint mobility of motion than before the experiment after experiment (P<0.05). Step of hip, hip, swing arm movements such as training, on the one hand, can be spread in a wider range of water environment hindquarters cadres of soft tissue, activity lumbar joints; On the other hand can be generated by water to the part of the movement of resistance, further enhance the waist and back muscle strength, ease back muscle spasm, correct muscle imbalances, so as to increase lumbar motion rehabilitation purposes.
