| Object:observation of fumigation flavored seeds powder combined with kinesitherapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,.Method:40 patients diagnosed with knees osteoarthritis from Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military region during November 2013 to November 2014 were collected, male 19 cases, female 21 cases, age biggest 55 years old, the smallest 45 years old, mean age 50.85years, the longest duration was 4 years, the shortest 6 months.60 patients were randomly and equally divided into twogroups as follows:20 patients in each group. A Group: Fumigation by flavored seedspowder combined with kinesitherapy; B Group:Fumigation by hot water combined with kinesitherapy;. A two course treatment(each course for 20 days) was performed according to scheduled method and protocol. Balancing in gender, age, course of disease and body weight are analyzed among two groups. Statistical analysis was performed in clinical symptoms scores, painfulness scores and WOMAC osteoarthritis index scores both before and after the treatment. The curing effect of flavored seeds powder combined with kinesitherapy in treatment of knee osteoarthritis was observed.Result:(1) No significant difference can be found in the balancing of gender, left and right limb, bodyweight, course of disease, age, symptomss cores, painfulness scores and WOMAC osteoarthritis scores among two groups. (P>0.05) Comparability could be found among two groups;(2) Comparing with the results before the treatment, significant decreasing could be found in symptoms scores, painfulness scores and WOMAC osteoarthritis index after that. (P<0.01);(3) According to the analysis among two groups. Significant prior results could be found in symptoms scores, painfulness scores and WOMAC osteoarthritis scores in group A (P<0.01);(4) The clinical effective ratio in A Group and B Group are 90%,80%, respectively,The result in A Group is significantly better (P<0.01)Conclusion:(1) fumigation flavored seeds powder combined with kinesitherapy,hot water combined with kinesitherapy in treating knee joint osteoarthritis, and can effectively reduce symptoms scores, VAS pain score and WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index scores, improve the clinical symptoms of osteoarthritis of knee joint.(2) fumigation flavored seeds powder combined with kinesitherapy clinical curative effect of the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis is better than hot water combined with kinesitherapy. |
