Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis And Study On The Influence To IL-2 And TNF-α In Prostate Liquid With Prostatitis Healing Granule

Objective:To study the influence to the cytokines(IL-2, TNF-α) in prosta-te liquid of Chronic prostatitis treating with prostatitis healing granule,To evaluate the effect of clinical symptoms improvement of CP patients through prostatitis healing granule.Methods:Select 30 cases of CP patients,who take prostatitis healing granule for one month.All patients fetch EPS before and after treatment,the others make EPS routine inspection;The others keep in-20℃refrigerator awaiting measuring cytokines(IL-2,TNF-α) through ELISA law.At the same time,observe and record the symptoms and signs of the patients before and after treatment.Toanalyze the data by SPSS16.0 software,the result were statistical analyzed with t-test.Result:The total effective rate is 93.4%.Prostatitis healing granule can obviously reduce EPS-WBC and increase EPS-CORP, with significant differ-ence(P<0.05);reduce chronic prostatitis symptom index points,with signifi-cant difference(P<0.05);obviously reduce the level of IL-2 and TNF-α,with very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Prostatitis healing granule can obviously improve the clinical symptom,physical sign;reduce EPS-WBC and increase EPS-CORP; obviously reduce the level of IL-2 and TNF-αin prostatic fluid of chronic prostatitis patient;prostatitis healing granule plays its treat function might by influence immune system to change the level of IL-2 and TNF-αof prostatic fluid.
