Objective: To investigate the clinical efficiency of Combination way of soft and hard fixation used for mason I、II type radius head fracture in adults. To conclude the new theme as well as the new treatment method for the small radial head fracture(mason I、II type radius head fracture in adults), at the same time to enrich the TCM bone fracture treatment principle of combination of movement and stability and investigate the new stimulation of clinical practices,.Methods: Applied random and comparison research method, divided the selected 60 patients who came to TCM hospital of Kunming city and yanan hospital of kunming for diagnosis and diagnosed as mason I、II of radius head fracture from november 2013 to September 2014 as well as complied with absorbing standards at last finished the research after satisfying the absorbing conditions and belonging to the groups. Divided the 60 cases into control group and test group according to the setting coin methods(the national sign up patients belonged to the contrast group the contrast belonged to the test group) when the patients went to the hospital respectively. For the contrast group( diagnosed as radium head fracture type mason I、II)the case who belonged to type mason II radius head fracture accepted satisfying artificial restoration, all cases applied 4-week plaster bandage fixation, afterwards started all- dimensional bending stretching and roasting exercise; test group( diagnosed as radium head fracture type mason I、II)the case who belonged to type mason II radius head fracture accepted satisfying artificial restoration applied 2-week plaster bandage fixation, then applied 2-week elastic bandage fixation(during it taking bending and stretching exercise), afterwards started alldimensional bending stretching and roasting exercise; respectively at the end of 4 weeks 6weeks and 8 weeks proceeded the version-vision pain evaluation, broderg and morrey elbow joint functional evaluation as well as constant shoulder functional evaluation, finally assessed the clinical efficiency difference between Combination way of soft and hard fixation used for mason I、II type radius head fracture in adults and traditional plaster bandage fixation.Results: before carrying out the related measures all the two groups experienced the statistical test on gender age pain-scoring Broderg and Morrey functional evaluation of hurt elbow joint and Constant functional evaluation of shoulder which Showed that they had no statistical difference. after applying different treatment to two groups the result had significance comparing the two group on efficiency.1. Result of 4 weeks laterAfter 4 weeks compared with contrast group test group relieved pain more preeminently according to the version-vision pain evaluation(P<0.01), for broderg and morrey elbow joint functional evaluation the total evaluation score and movement total score as well as roasting function had statistical difference compared with contrast group(P<0.05), especially in the bending function the test group statistical difference was more preeminent compared with contrast group(P<0.01);as regard power the two groups had no statistical difference(P<0.05), test group resuscitated better in initiative movement range compared with contrast group(P<0.05);2. Result of 6 weeks laterAfter 6 weeks through different fixation and exercise time(contrast group applied 4-week plaster bandage fixation and took 2-week exercise, while test group took 2-week plaster bandage fixation and 2-week elastic fixation during took bending and stretching exercise as well as 2-week all dimensional exercise) the two groups relieved the pain to much degree, but the test group had statistical difference compared with contrast group(P<0.05),compared with contrast group the test group was more outstanding in broderg and morrey elbow joint functional evaluation apart for power(P>0.05), the total score movement total score and roasting function score were resuscitated more preeminent for test group having statistical difference(P<0.05), especially for the bending functionevaluation(P<0.01), shoulder daily movement and hand moving range without pain had no statistical difference for two groups(P<0.05),however for the test group active moving range and total evaluation score was more preeminent than contrast group(P<0.05), the test group good rate was much more outstanding than contrast group(P<0.01);3. Result of 8 weeks laterAfter 8 weeks two groups relieved pain most degree even had no pain also had no statistical difference on comparison between the two groups(P>0.05), in the broderg and morrey elbow joint functional evaluation, test group bending function and moving function total score were more preeminent having statistical difference(P<0.05), but the roasting function had no statistical difference(P>0.05), power and total score had no statistical difference, each constant shoulder program and total score had no difference(P>0.05), through 8 weeks the test group good rate was better than contrast group(P<0.05) having statistical difference.Conclusion:(1)Combination way of soft and hard fixation used for mason I、II type radius head fracture may have affirmed efficiency;(2) Combination way of soft and hard fixation used for mason I、II type radius head fracture may have the advantages early starting exercise better resuscitation of elbow joint function and satisfactory short time efficiency;(3) Combination way of soft and hard fixation used for mason I、II type radius head fracture may be better than traditional plaster bandage fixation in the treatment efficiency especially for short and medial time;...
