Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of No.1 Wai Shang ointment combined with elastic bandage on traumatic arthritis of ankle joint.To provide theoretical guidance and support for clinical application.Methods: 61 cases of pre-and early stage of ankle traumatic arthritis were treated in outpatient and inpatient departments.Randomly divided into treatment group(No.1 Wai Shang cream combined with elastic bandage for ankle traumatic arthritis)31cases,control group(diclofenac sodium patch combined with elastic bandage for ankle traumatic arthritis)30 cases.Two weeks is a course,a total of two courses.To study the visual analog scale(VAS)and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle posterior foot scoring system before,after and after treatment,and to analyze and express the collected data through SPSS 25.0.Result:1.Comparison of scores at the 2nd and 4th week after treatment:(1)VAS score comparison : the two groups of treatment can reduce ankle pain(P <0.05),and the control group is better than the treatment group,for the improvement of pain and onset time control group is better than the treatment group(P < 0.05).(2).AOFAS score comparison: both treatment methods can improve the ankle AOFAS score(intra group comparison P < 0.05),the treatment group and the control group have the same effect(inter group comparison P > 0.05).(3).Swelling index comparison: after the fourth week of treatment,the ankle swellingindex of the two groups was compared(P = 0.00 < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group,especially for the case of ankle re injury on the basis of ankle traumatic arthritis.Both groups had therapeutic effect on ankle swelling(P = 0.00 < 0.05).(4).Comparison of exercise restriction index:Two groups of treatment can improve the ankle movement function(P = 0.00 < 0.05);The therapeutic effect of the two groups on the improvement of ankle joint motor function was similar(P = 0.40 > 0.05).2.Comparison of VAS,AOFAS,welling index and exercise restriction index in three months after treatment:The therapeutic effect of No.1 Wai Shang yi ointment combined with elastic bandage on traumatic arthritis of ankle joint is better than that of diclofenac sodium patch combined with elastic bandage(P <0.05);The treatment of both groups was effective(P < 0.05).3.Total curative effect comparison: treatment group: 0 cured,8 effective,9 effective,9improved,5 ineffective,with a total effective rate of 83.86%;control group: 0 cured,6effective,13 effective,5 ineffective,6 improved,with a total effective rate of 80.0%.The total curative effect of the two groups was compared by rank sum test(P > 0.05).The total curative effect of the treatment group was the same as that of the control group.4.The patient experience of No.1 Wai Shang ointment: No.1 Wai Shang formula powder with warm water is adjusted into paste property,which is in the shape of a cake,with a thickness of about 03-0.5cm.In the past treatment,shoes were used to squeeze feet.When the temperature of the medicine cake was reduced,the body felt cold and uncomfortable.The improvement of the dosage form solves the above situation.The patient’s experience is better and the treatment is more convenient than No.1 Wai Shang.5.Conclusion: the two groups have a certain effect on the pain,swelling and other symptoms and signs of ankle traumatic arthritis.Diclofenac sodium patch combined with elastic bandage group in the treatment of pain,the effect is faster than No.1 Wai Shang cream combined with elastic bandage group.The therapeutic effect of No.1 Wai Shang cream combined with elastic bandage group is better than that of diclofenac sodium patch combined with elastic bandage group.
