Construction And Application Research Of Medical Safety Verification System In S Hospital

With the development of the social economy, medical safety has caused wide public concern. This study analyzes the status quo of medical safety in Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital, and established a relatively perfect medical security verification system, which can be popularized and applied in the national medical industry. The verification system can be finished in about ninety seconds. At the same time, the verification system can reduce the medical error accidents. This dissertation is composed of five parts:Chapter I explains the medical security situation and the existing problems, especially in Sichuan Provincial People’s hospital. The paper summarizes the safety problems in recent years, and analyzes the factors which influence the medical accidents.Chapter 2 focuses on the safety check form. According to the WHO operation safety check form, we developed a checklist of project construction, then we developed various provincial hospital medical behavior in the key links of high risk safety check list.In chapter 3 we constructed the system of medical security verification consisted of some safety check lists. The content covers the patient identification, medical history, medication use, medical examination, hospital, and other aspects of the sense of emergency treatment. This paper constructs five medical security verification systems:(1) newborn safety verification, including natural childbirth and cesarean section; (2) extraction of oral operation safety verification; (3) blood transfusion safety verification; (4) intervention operation safety verification; (5) laparoscopic operation safety verification.Chapter 4 focuses on the implementation of the safety inspection system conditions and process. This paper concludes that the safety inspection system should be an integration system which includes the leadership, the medical personnel and patients;Chapter 5 analyzes the effect of the medical security verification system. This chapter analyzes the existing problems and gives some suggestions.As the result, Construction of medical security verification system is feasible and efficient. The safety verification system is practical, and it is not only for the provincial hospital, but also for the national medical industry. However, because of the checklist system in clinic execution time is shorter, the further study is needed.
