ObjectivesInfants and young children with asthmatic disease is the most common pediatric respiratory system disease, the disease has the characteristic of recurrent trend, some children might even for the development of bronchial asthma. Appeared for the first time in modern medicine for children with breathing, in remission for treatment, and prevention such as asthma in children with further development, it is lack of effective measures.This research mainly observe lung and spleen kidney Yang deficiency type temper constitution of infants and young children and normal children in breathing ease phase of regulatory Treg cells in peripheral blood, activation of NK cells, IL-17 in the body count, and their mutual relationship, and after six months follow-up observation of all children on the attack again. Explore infants and young children with asthmatic diseases and their recurrence on immune mechanism is different, and the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification relationship.MethodsThis study choose in January 2014-June into the center of guangzhou women and children health care clinic on 20 cases of normal health children;Because for the first time breathing in children with respiratory hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of infant wheezing 40 cases, among them, the constitution of TCM syndrome differentiation of lung and spleen deficiency syndrome and spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of children each 20 cases. Detect the regulatory T cells (Treg), peripheral blood NK cell activation, interleukin-number 17 (IL-17). All cases were followed up for half a year, observe its breathing again. ResultIndings suggest health group in the peripheral blood CD4+and CD3+, CD56BrCD16dim percentage is higher than case group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Health group in the peripheral blood CD56dimCD16Br percent lower than breathing group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Lung peripheral blood level of IL-17 spleen-deficiency group higher than healthy group and spleen kidney Yang deficiency group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). And healthy set of peripheral blood of regulatory Treg, CD56+CD3-, CD56+CD69 +and CD3+CD69+, the percentage of CD56+CD3+compared with cases, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Cases in a way after half breathing children again and again seizures breathing children between immunology there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Breathing again after six months of lung spleen-deficiency group attacks CD4+and CD3+children, CD56BrCD16dim, CD56dimCD16Br, IL-17 and health groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05). Breathing again after six months of spleen kidney Yang deficiency group attacks CD4+and CD3+children, CD56BrCD16dim, CD56dimCD16Br and health groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05). Breathing again after six months in the case group attack with CD4+and CD3+, CD56BrCD16dim, CD56dimCD16Br, IL-17 and health groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05). After half a year in the case group was not breathing again attack with CD3+, CD56dimCD16Br and health groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05).ConclusionThrough the study found that CD4+and CD3+, regulatory Treg, CD56dimCD16Br, CD56BrCD16dim and IL-17 there is a close relationship in infant wheezing onset. Breathing and break out repeatedly and regulatory T cells and the first part of NK cells, IL-17 immune function regulation imbalance are inseparable. In the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification of breathing, the two groups in regulatory T cells and NK cells of the immune expression is roughly same, there was no statistically significant difference. And lung spleen-deficiency group of children with peripheral blood level of IL-17 the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency group and normal group were higher, and statistically significant.
