Objective: To observe the fraction of the granule on left ventricular ejection(LVEF), Creactive protein(CRP), N terminal B type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP), the effect of TCM syndrome integral and other factors, at the same time to observe the effect of the granule to mitigate the adverse drug reactions. Through expounding the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure, providing solid scientific basis for warm heart No.1 granule in improving heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure, heart to warm No.1 granule in improving efficacy of kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure group to do a certain.Methods: 1 On the basis of TCM syndrome of chronic heart failure diagnosis, the diagnosis of Framingham, NYHA cardiac functional grading, selected in 2014 January~2014 year in December treatment in Wuhe County Chinese Medicine Hospital of cardiovascular diseases of heart kidney yang deficiency in patients with chronic heart failure in 60 cases, 30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group, 30 cases in the control group at random.2 In the control group treated by routine western medicine treatment scheme, group scheme by using conventional western medicine therapy and oral temperature heart No.1 granule, the two groups were treated for January.3 Two groups of all patients before treatment, after treatment were the cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination and calculation of LVEF, calculation of TCM syndrome integral, blood CRP, NT-pro BNP value; two groups during treatment of close observation of drug adverse reactions, and end all statistics the number of cases of adverse reactions in the treatment, the incidence of adverse reaction calculation.4 Of all measurement data taken "x(-) + s" said, for paired t test; count data take x 2 test,P<0.05 had statistical significance difference, statistically significant P<0.01. All data were statistically calculated by using SPSS17.0 software.Results: 1 The treatment group before and after treatment comparison: after the treatment, NYHA cardiac functional grading decreased, heart color LVEF index are improved; TCM syndrome scores decreased significantly; the blood test CRP,NT-pro BNP decreased significantly compared with before treatment, the contrast of Statistics(P<0.01).2 The control group before and after the treatment comparison: after the treatment,NYHA cardiac functional grading decreased, heart color LVEF index enhancement;TCM syndromes decreased significantly; the blood test CRP, NT-pro BNP decreased,there is difference with the contrast statistics before treatment(P<0.01).3 After the treatment group and control group comparison: in the treatment group than in the control NYHA heart function classification classification of heart function in group NYHA(P<0.05); after treatment, cardiac ultrasound LVEF increased compared with the control group, treatment group ascension can be significantly improved(P<0.05); the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral whole decline compared with the control group, treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.01); the two group blood CRP, NT-pro BNP values were reduced, the treatment group than the control group decreased more obviously(P<0.05);4 The two group the number of cases of adverse drug reactions(incidence) after treatment in treatment group were compared, the adverse reaction of adverse reaction cases(incidence) was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);Conclusion: The combined application of Wenxin No.1 granule and routine western medicine alone in the field of conventional western medicine was better than that of treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency in chronic heart failure, also can make the adverse drug reaction cases(incidence) decrease. The mechanism may be: 1. Improve the coronary artery blood circulation, correcting the myocardial ischemia hypoxia,inhibiting left ventricular remodeling, myocardial cells. II. The antagonistic RAAS,natriuretic water, make the blood volume is reduced, so that the ventricular wall tension decreased, make the heart load drop. 3. Control of the inflammatory response, to prevent the excessive expression of inflammatory factors resulting in myocardial cell injury and apoptosis. |
