Objective:Observation will prevent or reduce the effect of lung ischemia-reperfusion injury, speculated that acupuncture effect mainly macrophages by inhibiting the release of TNF alpha beta and IL-6, IL-1 cytokines and elastase, reduce capillary permeability achieved, preliminary discussion acupuncture on lung ischemia-reperfusion injury of protection mechanism.Methods:Experiment selected 40 male SD rats, the preparation of single lung ischemia-reperfusion injury animal model, can be divided into model group, including electric acupuncture group, two groups, including three groups, each group of 10. Model group will not be electroacupuncture group (I/R);Electric acupuncture group (group a) at the beginning of operation, including two groups (group 2) and electric acupuncture group (group 3) giving each electroacupuncture at the start of ischemia (lung yu, or valley, 1u 5) for 30 minutes.By rt-pcr analysis double lung tissue TNF alpha, beta, IL-6, IL-1 were determined about albumin concentrations of lung lavage fluid and lung wet/dry ratio and determination of plasma elastase.Conclusion:1. A set of three ischemia of the left lung cytokines mRNA levels were higher than control lung, right lung there were no significant differences (P>0.05).Electric acupuncture group 2 ischemia of the left lung three cytokines mRNA levels were higher than control lung, right lung of IL-1 beta compared with characterized by significant differences:TNF alpha and IL-6, no significant difference (P>0.05). Cupping one of three groups of left lung ischemia cytokine mRNA (IL-6) level is higher than the control right pulmonary lung;Binomial cytokine mRNA (TNF alpha and beta IL-1) level is lower than the contrast lung, right lung of IL-1 beta and IL-6 there is no significant difference compared with right pulmonary significance (P> 0.05);TNF alpha have significant difference (P>0.05).2. The model groups and the curative one, two, three groups of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure is no statistically significant difference.3. One, two, three groups, respectively, compared with model group, NE value are reduced, had extremely significant difference (P<0.01).4. Cupping a set of the left lung lavage fluid protein content increased, but with the difference have no sense of show if right lung (P>0.05); Including second electric acupuncture group and three groups of the left lung lavage fluid protein content increased, and the side of the brain have obvious difference (P<0.05). Three groups of left lung wet/dry ratio is increased, and the lungs have obvious difference (P<0.05).Results:Electricity in rat lung ischemia-reperfusion injury has a protective effect, the effective way may be a reduction in the macrophages release of TNF alpha, beta and IL-6, IL-1 cytokines and elastase, reduce capillary permeability, this could be one of the mechanism of action of acupuncture buck.
