OBJECTIVES:With the high death rate, the ectopic pregnancy has drawn more and more attention in many acute abdomens as a common gynecological disease. The age of onset is gradually younger and the average age is 30 years old. The incidence and mortality rate increases year by year. Early diagnosis, timely treatment, saving the lives of patients and improving the quality of life of patients are the goal of gynecologist. In this paper,168 cases of ectopic pregnancy were analysed by retrospective analysis. The purpose is to evaluate the clinical effects with conservative medical or surgical treatments, the factors affecting their clinical results, the re-birth outcome and Influence factors.METHODS:A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 68 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients from January 1,2011 to April 1,2014. The cases were in line with the set of conditions and had re-birth requirements. The purpose of telephone follow-up is to grasp re-birth case of the patients. SPSS 10.5 software was used to analysis of the statistical datas.RESULTS:1.The incidence of risk factors for ectopic pregnancy:The 68 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients in our study were accounted for 29.41%(20/68) with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,25%(17/68) ectopic pregnancy after repeated abortions or abortion,22.06%(15/68) with surgery,7.35%(5/68) with taking contraceptive drugs recently,0.29%(2/68) ectopic pregnancy with the intrauterine device and 13.24%(9/68) unexplained.A history of pelvic inflammatory disease, abortion and abdominal surgery are the first three factors.2.The time of first pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy in 0.5 years:The time of first pregnancy of conservative treatment group and conservative surgery group were 10.05±3.27 days and 11.74±4.04 days. The intrauterine pregnancy in 0.5,1,2 years were 2,9,21 cases and 1,10,19 cases.The pregnancy rate of conservative treatment group and conservative surgery group had no significant difference.3.The rate of intrauterine pregnancy, re-ectopic pregnancy, infertility, persistent ectopic pregnancy in one and two years:The conservative treatment group were 9,21,4,6.The conservative surgery group were 10,19,3,15. The conservative treatment group and conservative surgery group had significant difference. The conservative treatment group had more re-pregnancy cases and less adverse pregnancy cases.4.The significant effect of age on the outcome of re-birth of ectopic pregnancy after treatment:The re-pregnancy in 2 years, ectopic pregnancy and infertility of 16-30 years old cases(50/68) and 31-40 years old cases(18/68) in our study were 36,5,6 cases and 4,2,12.The chance of intrauterine pregnancy is more for the young patient.5.The rate of re-birth was associated with tubal closely:The cases with tubal patency were 23 in conservative treatment group and 15 in conservative surgery group. The conservative treatment group and conservative surgery group had no significant difference.The tubal patency and the rate of intrauterine pregnancy were higher after conservative treatment.CONCLUSIONS:A history of pelvic inflammatory disease, abortion and abdominal surgery are the first three factors. The age has become an important factor for re-birth after the treatment for ectopic pregnancy. The chance of intrauterine pregnancy is more for the young patient. The rate of intrauterine pregnancy and tubal patency with conservative treatment are higher than conservative surgery and the infertility rate is lower.
