Clinical Observation Of MTX Combined With TCM And MTX In The Treatment Of 60 Cases Of Ectopic Pregnancy

Purpose: To discuss the efficacy and safety of unruptured ectopic pregnancy treated with MTX-TCM.Material and method: From unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients treated by drug conservative therapy in Yantai traditional Chinese medicine hospital during from 1,2012 to 12,2014,30 cases treated with MTX were randomly selected as the contrast group,30 cases treated with MTX-TCM were randomly selected as the treatment group.With the retrospective analysis of average menopause days,blood ?-HCG,the maximum diameter of the pregnancy mass and average age before treatment,two groups of patients were comparable.Methods of treatment of two groups of patients were summarized retrospectively: the contrast group were treated with MTX injection according to the 50 mg/m2 body surface area,measurement of blood ?-HCG was performed on the fourth day and the seventh day following injection,if blood ?-HCG decreased < 15% between the fourth day and the seventh day,MTX would be injected again according to the 50 mg/m2 body surface area;the treatment group was combined with TCM(Zi Cao,Wu Gong,Tian Hua Fen,Chuan Shan Jia,Mu Li,Dan Shen,Chi Shao,E Zhu,Yan Hu Suo),for 14 d.After treatment,to analysis retrospectively the disappearance time of abdominal pain,the time of blood ?-HCG to be negative,the disappearance time of ectopic pregnancy mass,the medicine cure rate,the side effects and patency of the affected fallopian tube between the two groups.Results:(1)About the abdominal pain disappearance time,the treatment group was shorter than the contrast group.Two groups of comparisons have significant deference(P<0.05).(2)On the blood ?-HCG cloudy time,the treatment group was shorter than the contrast group.Two groups of comparisons have significant deference(P<0.05).(3)About the ectopic pregnancy mass disappearance time,the treatment group was shorter than the contrast group.Two groups of comparisons have significant deference(P<0.05).(4)About the medicine cure rate,the treatment group was higher than the contrast group.Two groups of comparisons have significant deference(P<0.05).(5)About side effects,the treatment group was less than the contrast group.Two groups of comparisons have significant deference(P<0.05).(6)About the affected fallopian tube patency,the treatment group was better than the contrast group.Two groups of comparisons have significant deference(P<0.05).Conclusion: MTX-TCM in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy with single MTX treatment have significant advantages,not only to raise the cure rate,rapid improvement of clinical symptoms,shorten the course of disease,but also reduce the side effects of the medicine.The more importance is to improve the patency of the affected fallopian tube,and lay a good foundation for improving the fertility of the future.
