Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Combined With Mifepristone In The Treatment Of Ectopic Pregnancy

Purpose:To observes the related risk factors of Ectopic Pregnancy(EP),and to explore the effects and interrelated factors of Chinese medicinal herbs combined with mifepristone on treating EP.Material and method:Rstrospective observation of clinicaldatafrom45 EP cases treated by drug conservative therapy in our hospital fromSeP1,2015 to Feb31,2018.To observes relation pathogenesis of EP,observes this method regarding to urge the blood ?-HCG to drop to normal and the promotion extra-uterine Pregnancy package of block absorption and clinical symptoms cure rate.In addiation,observation of drug side effects occur in the process.Results:Cures 5 examples(11.63%),the effective 31 examples(72.09%),the invalids7 examples(16.28%),the total effective rate 83.72%.There are obvious difference between before and after treatment in the level of blood ?-HCG(P<0.01),while no difference in size of extra-uterine Pregnancy package(P>0.05).the level of blood ?-HCG have a negative correlation with effective rate,whereas the age,the times of pregnancy and abortions,vaginal bleeding and the size of masses have no correlation with effective rate.Conclusion:Pelvic inflammation and induced abortion are important risk factors for EP.Chinese medicinal herbs combined with mifepristone treatment EP is falling the blood HCG aspect curative effect to be remarkable,have no obvious influence in shrink the size of extra-uterine Pregnancy masses,the level of blood ?-HCG provide valuable information in prognosis.This treatment is effective and safe.
