Incontinence disease has been widespread in people’s lives,it affects people’s normal life and quality of life, this situation has caused the People’s great attention of the incontinence.There are many formation cause of incontinence disease,it includes the pathogenesis of neuropathic, and related sphincter suffered serious damage, so as to make the human body will not be able to independently control urination and defecation. The present, there are many kinds of treatment for the treatment of incontinence, which includes drug treatment, surgical treatment, psychological therapy and functional electrical stimulation therapy,various treatments have their own advantages and disadvantages, drug treatment can produce drug side effects on the human body, Surgical treatment can bring organization structure of muscle injury.Functional electrical stimulation has more obvious advantage than other two treatments, which will not lead to drug side effects, and belongs to the minimally invasive or noninvasive treatment, it has little damage to the muscle tissue, and its security is relatively high. Although electric stimulus has been used in all aspects of the treatment at present,but it is not very popularapplied to incontinence treatment, especially in the related research is relatively small in this field in China. Combining the research work in foreign countries, in order to improve the effect of electrical stimulation method application in the treatment of incontinence. We put forward the biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment scheme based on array electrodes.The main research work of this project is using COMSOL simulation software to establish physical model of the human anorectal organization, and complete electrical stimulation treatment on simulation experiment. Human tissue model relies on the tissue distribution of electromagnetic field theory, and the principle of human anus system restraint defecate. In this paper, the theory of electromagnetic field points related to human tissue is introduced, and analyzed the theory of human nervous system howcontrol of the bowel movement.In this paper, using COMSOL software completed the human anorectal simulation model, complete the various forms of stimulation electrode design, and the simulation experiment was carried out respectively, and got some conclusions. Different stimulating electrode stimulation on organization model, the induction electric potential is different in every region of the anal rectum, the proposed array electrodes compared to the traditional electrode and strip electrode to the anus rectum stimulus effect is better, the direction of the stimulus current has more directional.This topic research also involves the 3D printing technology in the application of the research in the field of biomedical engineering, The application of this topic is mainly based on 3D printing electrode model of rapid prototyping, The application of this method to improve the efficiency of research work.In this topic the biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment device is designed, finished the experiment device design and basic debugging, and performance test of the device, Completed the elbow stimulation test, the stimulation effect more ideal.
