| Objective:To investigate the efficacy of male infertility research Yulin tea clinical varicocele caused by its mechanism, and explore new paths that end treat disease.Methods:The patients were selected from March 2010 to December 2010, the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University andrology treated outpatients, select the data qualifier, a total of 80 cases were divided into two groups, namely, the treatment group 30 cases and the control group of 30 patients. Tea Yulin oral treatment group, each 2 bags (12 g crude drug),3 times a day with boiled water take, every open water 500ml, taking three consecutive months; control group was given oral Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan, oral, water pill once 6g, three times a day for 3 consecutive months. Evaluation of Yulin tea, efficacy and impact Yanzong pill infertility varicocele on semen quality. Statistical analysis:count data with X±S test, measurement data applications SPSS for windowsl7.0 software analyzes the data, count data using chi-square test, t test using two sets of data control.Results:1, after three months of treatment, the total efficiency of 82.50%in treatment group; the control group, the total efficiency of 65.00%, there were significant differences between the two groups (p<0.05), the effect of the treatment group than the control group.2, compare semen parameters before and after treatment, before and after treatment, sperm density, a level and a+b class sperm motility, sperm survival, malformation rate is better than treatment, there are differences between the two groups after treatment (p<0.05), treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:varicocele affects the normal development and maturation of sperm, have adverse effects on male reproductive function. Yulin tea can significantly improve patients’ sperm motility and density, reduced semen viscosity, improve semen quality. Description Yulin tea has good Bushenshengjing, Buqihuoxue role. |
