ObjectiveTo include cases according to the requirements of The clinical pathway on the Chinese medicine treatment which was formulated by the key vocational school about clinical specialty of TCM. To evaluate clinical efficacy according to the sheet which is developed by mastopathy Professional Committee, and to observe the reasonableness of The clinical pathway on the Chinese medicine treatment.MethodsThe patients with diagnosis of mammary gland hyperplasia were included and treated normative according to the the clinical pathway on the Chinese medicine treatment. The study has collected 229 cases. We used the medians and inter-quartile ranges statistical description to describe and rank sum test to test the data. Using the reference which was formulated by Professional Committee of the Chinese Institute of TCM Surgery mastopathy to compare The total sample capacity,12 members of the unit’s evaluation standards and generally changes.Results1. The pain score before and after treatment was statistically significant difference (P<0.01). This result suggests that the clinical pathway on the Chinese medicine treatment can significantly relieve breast pain;2. The score of lumps hardness、range and size before and after treatment were very significant differences(P<0.01). This result suggests that the clinical pathway on the Chinese medicine treatment can reduce breast lumps, soft;3. The score of systemic symptom before and after treatment of was significant difference (P<0.01), This result suggests that the clinical pathway on the Chinese medicine treatment can significantly alleviate the symptoms associated with hyperplasia of mammary gland;4. The total evolution of this study were:0 cases of cured patients (0%), 18 cases of markedly efficiency patients(7.86%),201 cases of efficiency patients(87.77%),10 cases of Ineffective patients(4.37%). Tn order to reasonably reflects the efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of the clinical pathway, it is necessary to amend the Evaluation Scale.5. The clinical pathway on the Chinese medicine treatment can be used as an out-patients clinical pathway hyperplasia of mammary gland Chinese medicine treatment.ConclusionWe can get get a significant effect on the relief of breast pain、changes in mass and systemic symptoms after using the clinical pathway on the Chinese medicine treatment. The clinical pathway-is easier and more simple, and it can specify Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment process, which should be widely applied.
