Objective: To investigate the efficacy of CRP of each type of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, the results of treatment by appropriate repositioning maneuvers. Method: 106 patients with each types of BPPV diagnosed and treated from March 2013 to September 2014 were selected in E.N.T.department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and hospitalized patients retrospective analysis of the clinical datas and follow-up cases. We used SPSS17.0 of statistical software to analyze the datas compare the efficacy of PC-BPPV in different methods of treatment. As well as the efficacy with other type of BPPV, include AC-BPPV and HC- BPPV. Result: Patients of PC-BPPV were randomly divided into 2 groups and treated with Epley-CRP and Semont-CRP respectively. The efficacy of the third day and the total effective rate are slightly higher. P >0.05,suggesting that the effect of the two groups had no significant difference.Using the Barbecue rolling method and the Gufoni method in the treatment of HC- BPPV,the third days of both efficiency are 75%, the total effective rate was 100%.using the inverse Epley method in the treatment of AC-BPPV the third day of efficiency is 66.7%, after 1-2 times of manual reduction efficiency of 100%.Mixed with the corresponding reduction+oral betahistine three times a day,The third day the symptoms improved, three months later the patient symptom relief. Conclusion: The positioning maneuver is the golden key to diagnosis BPPV. Then the type and the affected ear were determined, the appropriate repositioning maneuvers were chosen and performed. To Patients of HC-BPPV and AC-BPPV, they also can get great efficacy. Our data suggest that the CRP provides safe, effective treatment in the majority of patients with BPPV and in fact,it is responsible for the resolution of symptoms.
