Objective:To investigate the expression of cycle miR-210、miR-378 and theirs association with clinical significance in renal clear cell carcinoma patients and healthy people. Methods:Collect blood specimens from 22 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma patients and 20 cases of healthy people. The level of plasma miR-210 and miR-378 in renal clear cell carcinoma patients and healthy people were quantified by real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(Real-time PCR),and the relationship between miR-210、miR-378 level and clinical and pathological factors was explored. Results:The expression of plasma miR-210 in renal clear cell carcinoma (1.77±1.86、0.21±0.19) was significantly higher than that in the healthy people (0.55±0.79、0.04±0.05).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The high expression of miR-210 was associated with pathological stage (TNM stage) (P<0.05)。There was no statistical difference of the expression of miR-210 among the different gender, age, nation, tumor size and Furman grade by the statistical analysis (P>0.05). The high expression of miR-378 was no associated with TNM stage, gender, age, nation, tumor size, pathological stage and Furman grade by the statistical analysis (P>0.05). The study show that plasma miR-210 and miR-378 have significant diagnostic value for renal clear cell carcinoma.miR-210 yield the areas under the ROC curve of 0.803(P<0.05) with 81.8% sensitivity and 80.0% specificity, miR-378 yield the areas under the ROC curve of 0.802(P<0.05) with 68.2% sensitivity and 90.0% specificity in discriminating renal clear cell carcinoma. Conclusion: Plasma miR-210 and miR-378 is involved in the development and progression of renal clear cell carcinoma and may be potential biomarkers in the screening diagnosis and prognosis of renal clear cell carcinoma.
