Clinical Research Of Therapy Of Gu Ben Jian Pi Granules For Chilren With Bronchial Asthma In Remission Stage

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Gu ben jian pi Particle in children with asthma in clinical investigation.Methods:60 cases of children with bronchial asthma in remission stage were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty cases in the treatment group(A group) were treated with Gu ben jian pi Particle and the others in the control group (B group)were treated with Montelukast Sodium Tablets. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, and the Forced cital capacity (FVC), Forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1), peak expiratory flow(PEF), forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity ratio(FEV1%), and the levels interleukin 2 (IL-2) and interleukin 4 (IL-4) were observed before and one month after the treatment.Results:Clinical curative effects:TCM symptoms scores:After treatment, the TCM symptoms score of test group drops compared with before treatment, P<0.05,have a statistically significant. The TCM symptoms scores of test group after treatment is better than contrast group, P<0.05, have a statistically significant. Meanwhile the pulmonary functions FVC,FEV1,PEF,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC was improved after the treatment, and the patients in the treatment group was higher than that of the patients in the control group (P<0.05).the levels of IL-2 of the patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). the levels of IL-4 of the patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Gu ben jian pi Particle can decrease the levels of IL-4, Increase the levels of IL-2 and improve the pulmonary function in children with bronchial asthma in remission stage.
