| Purpose: To evaluate the clinical effect of Huanglian ointment used in wound treatment of low perianal abscess after operation.Method: The clinical choice of 66 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with low perianal abscess after surgery, were randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and the observation group, 33 cases in each group. The observation group patients postoperative dressing using Huanglian ointment, nitrofurazone used a control group of patients after operation were recorded during dressing change, wound healing rate, two groups of patients with pain, wound healing time, wound edema, wound bleeding and other clinical indicators, statistical analysis of efficacy between the two groups.Result: Through clinical observation, found in the observation group pain, wound healing rate, wound healing time, wound edema, significantly better than the control group, the comprehensive curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: Postoperative low perianal abscess treated with Huanglian ointment treatment is safe, effective. |
