Coptis Chinensis Cream Topical Treatment Of Anal Abscess (Crissum Abscess) Study The Clinical Application Of Postoperative Wound Healing

Purpose: To research the clinical effect of the external use of Huanglian ointment in the treatment of wound healing after perianal abscessMethod: According to Inclusion criteria,72 cases of perianal abscess were selected and randomly divided into 36 cases in the group of Huanglian ointment gauze and 36 cases of Vaseline gauze.Through the observation of local pain,wound healing time,wound edema and secretion in different periods after operation,we compared the curative effect of two groups on postoperative wound healing.Result: The clinical observation results showed that there was no difference in age,sex and wound area between the two groups(P> 0.05).Compared with the control group,the pain,edema and exudate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P< 0.05).Statistical results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.22%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 88.89%.There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).According to the average time of wound healing in the two groups,the treatment group can effectively reduce the healing days,and is significantly better than the control group.There is a significant difference between the two groups in the T test(T=4.212,P=0.00 < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control groupConclusion: Through clinical observation,the patients have no toxic side effects and adverse reactions,indicating that the Huanglian ointment is safe and reliable in clinical use.By comparing the clinical efficacy with Vaseline gauze,it was found that the patients with Huanglian ointment gauze had the characteristics of low local pain,fast wound healing,less edema and less exudate.It is further proved that the Huanglian ointment has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and promotes the healing of the wound.This method has a wide application prospect and is worthy of further research and popularization.
