| Objective: In this study,via watching the impact of moist compress of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on wound recovery after perianal abscess surgery,it affords some groundwork for the future scientific use of this technique to promote wound healing.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients with perianal abscess diagnosed as perianal abscess and radical operation of perianal abscess were collected from March 2022 to February 2023 in the Department of anorectal surgery of the affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region.According to the order of admission,they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The wounds in the experimental group were wet applied with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,while those in the control group were changed with gauze soaked in 0.02% furacillin solution.Both groups changed dressing continuously for 14 days.The wound areas of the two groups were collected on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation,and the reduction rate,granulation score and exudation score were recorded to evaluate the wound repair of the two groups.Finally,the collected data are analyzed and processed by means of SPSS26.0software.Results: 1)The usual information of the two groups,such as age and gender,were analyzed by scientific statistics,and the results confirmed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.2)There was no statistically significant difference in the preliminary wound area,that is,the wound area on the first day after operation,between the two groups and they were comparable.3)There was no significant difference in the wound reduction rate between the two groups on the 3rd and7 th day after operation(p>0.05);whilst on the 14 th day after operation,the area reduction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4)There was a statistically significant difference in the granulation growth scores between the two groups of patients on the 7th day and 14 th day after surgical procedure(p<0.05),and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.5)There was no significant difference in the wound exudation scores between the two groups on the 3rd and 14 th day after operation(p>0.05),however,there was a difference in the wound exudation score between the two groups on the 7th day after operation.Statistically significant(p<0.05),the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Compared with 0.02% furacillin gauze,wet application of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on the wound after perianal abscess operation can promote wound reduction,accelerate granulation growth and reduce wound exudation.There were no obvious skin hypersensitive reactions and other adverse reactions in the course of this study. |
