Evaluation Of Clinical Curative Effect On The Treatment Of Traumatic Synovitis Of Knee Joint(mutual Reistance And Wet Type ) With Coix Clots-absorbing Decoction

Objestive: Guided by tutor Qi Wanli, Application coix clots-absorbing decoction to treatment of traumatic arthritis of knee join, Which can promot blood circulation to remove blood stasis、induce diuresis and reducing edema, activate meridians to stop pain. Its clinical effect of treating traumatic arthritis of knee join was observed and its mechanism was explored.Methods: Selected 60 cases of patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint which came from clinic or hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital.All the 60 cases were divided into two groups randomly, which had no significant differences statistically. Thirty cases as treatment group and others as control group. The treatment group had one dose of 200 ml coix clots-absorbing decoction for internal use, twice a day every morning and night. Another thirty patients as control group took 12 g synovitis granule for each time, three times a day with the same treatment time of thirty days. Patients were asked to immobilize during the period of observation. Patients’ swelling, pain and range of motion were respectively observed and ESR, CRP and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.Results: 18 cases were completely cured, significantly improved in 6 cases, improved in 4 cases, inefficiency in 2 case and the overall response rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, 15 cases were completely cured, significantly improved in 5 cases, improved in 4 cases, inefficiency in 6 case and the overall response rate was 80.0% in the control group, which showed significant difference compared with the control group through statistic test(P<0.05), The treatment group of knee joint swelling reduce obviously(P<0.01). Therefore taking coix clots-absorbing decoction for internal use is an effective method for treating this disease.Conclution: Through this study it can be confirmed that taking coix clots-absorbing decoction for internal use can cure for traumatic synovitis of the knee joint with exact effect and feasibility,It is worth to be promote.
