| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with hot pack and warm acupuncture combined with orthopedic washing and fumigation in the treatment of chronic synovitis of the knee joint in middle-aged and elderly patients,and to explore its clinical application in the treatment of synovitis,and further To optimize the comprehensive treatment plan for knee joint synovitis and improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group at the Department of Orthopaedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with hot bag,and the control group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with orthopedic washing and fumigation.The WOMAC scores,VAS scores and swelling scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of WOMAC scores: The typical symptoms of patients after treatment were improved(P<0.05);and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that warm acupuncture combined with hot pack can significantly improve synovitis Typical symptoms.2.Comparison of swelling scores: Both treatments improved the swelling score of the patients,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(compared within the group,P<0.05;comparison between groups,P<0.05),indicating that the method was used in the elimination of swelling.There are obvious advantages.3.Comparison of VAS scores: After the treatment,the two comparisons showed significant improvement in the score and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the study has clinical significance for the improvement of pain.4.Comparison of the two groups of efficacy: the two groups of results were statistically tested,P>0.05,indicating that the difference in efficacy between the two groups was not statistically significant,that is,there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two treatments.5.Recurrence rate comparison: 1 month after treatment,the patients in the treatment group relapsed in 1 case,the control group recurred in 3 cases,the recurrence rate of the two groups were 3.34% and 10.0%,respectively,indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:For the middle-aged and elderly knee joint chronic synovitis,the application of warm acupuncture combined with hot bag and warm acupuncture combined with orthopedic washing and fumigation can significantly improve the typical clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,but warm acupuncture combined with hot bag The improvement of the symptoms of the patient is better. |
