| Objective:To explore the treatment effect and drug cost of sanyrene, mepilex and aloe vera gel on stage I pressure ulcers;and the treatment effect and drug cost of mepilex and aloe vera gel on stage II pressure ulcers.particularly in the outcome, healing time,epithelial tissue growth of stage II pressure ulcers and so forth.Meanwhile,provide an effective and economy treatment method for patients of stage I,II bedsore.Methods:In the research,choose patients with stage I/II pressure ulcers in Hospital Affiliated to Guiyang Medical College and Guizhou Cancer hospital during 2013 July to 2014 December as screening population,and in these patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and voluntarily to join the study.all people underwent unified basic treatment,including take pressure release measures,keep skin clean and dry,apply decompression tool like air cushion bed, nutrition supplements and health education.Random number table was used to divide enrolled patients randomly into treatment group and control group.treatment group of stage I was used by aloe, control groups were divided into sanyrene group and mepilex group,treatment group implement aloe vera gel 0.5g/cm2.sanyrene group implement sanyrene 0.5g/cm2 every time.Two groups were change three times a day when researcher observe the situation of pressure sore;mepilex group implement mepilexs which were changed 3~7 days every time or shedding.Observation index: the number of revolutions, good recovery,no change and becoming serious, healing time and efficiency rate, drug costs.treatment group of stage II implement aloe vera gel 0.5g/cm2 every time,tid.control group implement mepilex which were changed 3~7 days,shedding,or the liquid infiltration over dressing 1/2.Two groups were change three times a day when researcher observe the situation of pressure sore.Observation index: the number of revolutions, good recovery,no change and becoming serious, healing time and efficiency rate, drug costs,the epithelial tissue growth of 3, 5, 7days.Researchers need to observe the situation of pressure sore when hand over to the next shift or changing dressing,Meanwhile application of "aloe vera gel(sanyrene / Mepilex border) application record" and photos to faithfully record the situation of pressure sore.All data were analyzed using the statistical software EXCEL and SPSS13.0.Results:There were no statistical difference between aloe vera gel, sanyrene and mepilex in the outcome and healing time of stage I pressure ulcer,p>0.05;Sanyrene can shorten the treatment time than mepilex in stage I, there was significant difference,p<0.01;Aloe vera gel can reduce drug costs,obvious differences than other groups,p<0.01,no obvious differences between sanyrene and mepilex,p>0.05.There were no statistical difference between aloe vera gel and mepilex in the outcome of stage II pressure ulcer,p>0.05;Aloe vera gel can greatly shorten the healing time,obvious differences between the two groups,p<0.01;two group have obvious differences in the epithelial tissue growth of 3, 5days,p<0.01,but no obvious differences in the epithelial tissue growth of 7 days,With the extension of treatment time, the gap between the two groups gradually shortened;two group in drug costs have the difference in statistical comparison,p<0.01,Aloe vera gel can greatly reduce the cost on the treatment, and reduce the medical cost. Conclusion:There were the same effect in outcome and effective rate between aloe gel,sanyrene and mepilex for stage I/II pressure ulcer,however the first one had more superiority than others, which can shorten the healing time about stage II pressure ulcer;at the same time,on the growth of epithelial tissue in stage II, aloe gel can effectively reduce the wound area;Compared with the imported sanyrene, mepilex border, the treatment costs were decreased by aloe gel to lessen the financial burden of patients. |
