Efficacy Of Xiangpishengjigao Combined With Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Stage ? Pressure Ulcer

Object:Comparison of clinical efficacy of Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao combined with Moxibustion,simple Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao and Duo DERM in the treatment of stage ? pressure ulcer,observation of Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao combined with moxibustion effect in clinical use in patients with stage ?pressure ulcer.Methods:Ninety patients with stage ? pressure ulcer(qi-stagnation and blood-stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao combined with moxibustion group(hereinafter referred to as experimental group),Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao group(hereinafter referred to as TCM control group),Duo DERM group(hereinafter referred to as Western medicine control group)for 30 cases.The cure rate,healing score of pressure ulcer,wound healing rates and per capita replacement cost of the three groups treatment were compared before and after 7d,14 d,21d.Results:1,The healing rate of pressure ulcer before and after treatment in three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05 or P <0.01).2,The cure rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,the cure rate of the TCM control group was 70.00%,the cure rate of the Western medicine group was 56.67%,the experimental group and the TCM control group and the Western medicine group were statistically significant(P <0.05 or P <0.01).3,Compared with the TCM control group,the test group had statistically significant(P <0.05)in terms of sore healing score wound healing rate,but in per capita replacement cost had no statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the Western medicine control group,the test group showed significant difference in healing score of pressure ulcer and wound healing rate(P<0.01).Compared with the Western medicine control group,the TCM control group had statistically significant(P<0.05)in terms of the pressure ulcer healing score and wound healing rate.Conclusions:1,The Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao group combined with moxibustion treatment of pressure sores were significantly better than the simple Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao group and conventional Duo DERM wound dressing.2,Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao group combined with moxibustion therapy was obviously lower than conventional Duo DERM wound dressing.3,Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Gao group combined with moxibustion therapy can improve clinical efficacy,can be used to guide the clinical,provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease.
