Kang Ai Injection Of Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Research

Objective: By Kang Ai injection combined with the simple difference XELOX regimen XELOX regimen objective efficacy, adverse reactions, clinical symptom score,physical condition and quality of life, and to explore the effect Kang’ai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer and feasible sex.Methods : January2013 to December2014in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Chinese Medicine Hospital and Tumor Hospital accepted65 cases XELOX chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer, with a prospective cohort study to Kang’ai injection for exposure factors, according to the wishes of patients, divided: The treatment group 35 cases, 30 cases in the control group, all with XELOX chemotherapy treatment group with Kang’ai injection, XELOX chemotherapy alone group, treated with SPSS16.0statistical software to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two groups of patients.Results: Treatment group and the control group, the total effective rate was 51.4%, 46.7%,respectively, between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). WBC reduction treatment group, neutropenia, nausea, vomiting and liver damage degreeⅠto Ⅳ were lower than the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05). After two sets of two courses of symptom scores were statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group and the control group KPS improvement rate was 91.4%, 80.0%, respectively, between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05). Symptoms subscale, emotional function in terms of both treatment group was higher, there are significant differences(P<0.05).Treatment group had one case of adverse events, the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment, but because the drug is not yet clear whether or not related to the need for further research.Conclusion: Kang’ai injection combined with XELOX treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, although there is no significant improvement in the physical condition, but objectively the efficacy, toxicity, symptom scores and quality of life than the control group,and high security.
