Objective:To investigate the situation in pulmonary function test and the main sorts of allergen in skin prick test between patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchus asthma in Xinjiang. Method:Via the retrospective analysis, the quota (VC%, FVC%, FEV1%, PEF%, MEF75%, MEF50%, MEF25%in pulmonary function test and the main kinds of inhalant allergens in SPT) of patients who came to allergy apartment from October 2010 to March 2014 were divided four groups-AR (GroupⅠ), AR with airway hyperresponsiveness (GroupⅡ), asthma (GroupⅢ), BA with AR (GroupIV)- by their diseases. Result:1) The divergence in pulmonary function test, which had a statistical significance, was made by MEF75%, MEF50%, MEF25%in the four groups. The rest quotas were no sense.2) In the SPT, Chenopodium L., Mugwort, Flour mite, Plantain, Timothy were the main inhalant allergens in related allergic rhinitis groups and Chenopodium L., Mugwort, Timothy, Plantain, Flour mite were at the same position in the related asthma groups. They were the similar kinds but different constituent ratios. The five sorts of allergens are key cause of AR and BA in Xinjiang. Conclusion:In Xinjiang, there is an obvious divergence between BA with AR and the other groups in pulmonary function test and the Chenopodium L., Mugwort the major allergens in AR and BA.
