The core drugs for endometriosis in ancient works are gotten by using the complex network analysis, respectively are chuanxiong, radix rehmanniae preparata, angelica, radix paeoniae alba, dangshen, licorice root, tuckahoe, atractylodes, yanhusuo, sweet, sweet, cassia twig, peach kernel, rhubarb, ginger.
