The Clinical Oberservation Of Qu Zao Lipid-Lowering Capsule In TCM Symptoms Of Primary Hyperlipidemia

Objective:Through the QuZao lipid-lowering capsule treatment of primary hyperlipidemia (type of phlegm and blood stasis) in patients with TCM symptom、routine blood test observation, to evaluate the drug efficacy and safety of the treatment of primary hyperlipidemia, provide the basis for its III stage of clinical trials.Methods:This experiment adopts the method of randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, and randomly divides 30 sets of patients who conform to experiment standards with dyslipidemia phlegm stasis mutual junction into experimental group and the control group, according to the proportion of 1:1 conducting clinical trials of treatments for 12 weeks. In Experimental group, give 15 cases QuZao lipid-lowering capsule orally, three times a day, a 3 pills; the other 15 cases were given QuZao lipid-lowering capsules to simulate oral dose, three times a day,3 pills at a time. During Medication observation, it is prohibited to use drugs with an effect on blood lipid and adopt other measures which affect blood lipid. Observe the change of TCM syndrome and routine blood test of the patients from two groups.Results:1.Curative effect evaluation:The TCM syndrome integral effective rate of treatment group and the control group are respectively 64.28% and 7.69%, compared with control group, the total effective rate of treatment group is high, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Total score after treatment, compared with the control group, experimental group of TCM syndrome total points is reduced; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with control group, after treatment primary symptom integral and time integral of the experimental group are reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Experimental group is better than control group in improving TCM symptom. 2. Safety evaluation of Routine blood test:The two group of routine blood (RBC、WBC、HGB、PLT) were not seen obvious abnormity,there is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) of the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05)Conclusion:1.QuZao lipid-lowering capsule is curative to the primary hyperlipidemia (type of phlegm and blood stasis) syndromes.2. QuZao lipid-lowering capsule for routine blood lipid (RBC、WBC、HGB、PLT) have no obvious influence.
