Lipid-lowering Granule In Treating Hyperlipidemia Spleen Wet Sheng, Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Of Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of JiangZhi KeLi(JZKL)in treating hyperlipidemia(Spleen deficiency wet-sheng,phlegm and blood stasis Transimpedance card).Methods:96 cases of hyperlipidemia(Spleen deficiency wet-sheng,phlegm and blood stasis Transimpedance card)were randomly divided into test group(JZKL group)48 cases and control group(ZhiBiTuo Tablet group)48 cases.A 6-week randomized control parallel observational study.The changes of total cholesterol and symptoms,syndrome improving of hyperlipidemia patients were observed before and after the treatment.Results:JZKL can reduce the amount of TC,TG,LDL-C and increase the amount of HDL-C.There was no significant difference in bood lipid improvement between test group and control group.But compared with control group,JZKL group is better in symptom remission(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion:JZKL can significantly improve the serum lipid metabolism and have significant effects on symptom remission.JZKL is effective in treating hyperlipidemia (Spleen deficiency wet-sheng,phlegm and blood stasis Transimpedance card).
