Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Kuijieling Ⅱ decoction for treating Ulcerative colitis (spleen deficiency and kidney yang).Methods:Select conform the inclusion criteria of the disease ulcerative colitis (spleen and kidney yang) a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,the number of patients in each group were 30 cases. Treatment group using Kuijieling Ⅱ,decoction orally,150ml/times, before breakfast,after dinner,warm clothes;the control group using mesalamine,4/times,three times a day orally for a total of four weeks, during this treatment both groups were no other oral medications to treat the disease. They were examined before and after treatment routine colonoscopy, clinical symptom score is calculated and efficient. Through statistical analysis,the results,and were analyzed.Result:Treatment group,the total efficiency of 93.3%,63.3% in the control group,the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05);compare the efficacy of clinical,stool routine and colonoscopy before and after treatment have a better therapeutic effect.Compared between the two groups, the treatment group were significantly better than the control group in effect, the main aspects of TCM syndrome symptoms and colonoscopy results. During the experiment both groups had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Kuijieling Ⅱ decoction can effectively to treat ulcerative colitis (spleen and kidney yang),it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, patients with reduced white blood cell count will be routine in red, and improve the mucosal edema and erosion on colonoscopy, and better than western medicine Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets.
