Objective: To probe and establish an accurate, objective and operative evaluation index system of labor relations among Xinjiang 3A grade hospitals, and to provide hospital management an integrated, reasonable and effective one. TOPSIS method is used to evaluate labor relations in 3 Xinjiang 3A grade hospitals, and to analyze its influence factors so as to enhance the efficiency of the hospital management of labor and personnel, and ultimately push on with the sustainable development of the hospitals. Methods: Among 3 3A grade hospitals in Xinjiang, Document analysis and Delphi method were used to ascertain the evaluation index system of labor relations, and variation coefficient method to weight the index, TOPSIS method to probe the evaluation index system of labor relations. Results: 1) We established the evaluation index system of labor relations in 3 Xinjiang 3Agrade hospitals, and the indicators were divided into three classes. The first-class indicator embodied four indexes: the construction of system, the labor employment, salary and welfare and staff management, the second-class indicator ten indexes, such as coverage rate of system and awareness rate of system, etc, and the third-class indicator twenty-six indexes. 2) The result of the evaluation showed that hospital B topped the comprehensive assessment, hospital C took the second place, and hospital A scored lowest. The result of the first-class indicator showed that hospital B topped the system construction, hospital C the labor employment, hospital A the salary and welfare, and hospital B the staff management.Conclusion: Of harmonious labor relations, system construction is the guarantee, labor employment is the basis, salary and welfare is the lubricant, staff management is the key link. Only when a hospital betters the delicacy and human-based management, can it, at its most fundamental aspect, achieve the harmonious labor relations.
