Refers to the spinal cord injury d ue to trauma or tumor factors suffered erosion damage, leading to the spinal cord is damaged, the damaged spinal cord below the level of sensory, motor, and autonomic reflex, and sphincter function affected by a disease. In recent years, studies have shown that spinal cord neuronal apoptosis is an important element in the form of cell death in spinal cord injury, so how inhibition of apoptosis is an important way of treating spinal cord injury.Purpose: Observe the inhibiting effect of Velvet antler peptide monomer composition----thymosinβ 4 for spinal cord neuron cell apoptosis.Methods: To investigate the inhibitory effect of pilose antler polypeptides on the cell apoptosis of spinal cord neurons with the IC50 method of the spinal cord neuronal cell injur y induced by H2O2 and flow cytometry assay and Hoechst 33342 staining method.Results: The experiments showed that Velvet antler polypeptides plays a significant role in the proliferation of Spinal cord neuronal cell.When the concentration of 7.81-125 g/ml, showing a dose effect relationship was significantly.When the concentration was higher than 160 g/ml velvet antler polypeptides monomer composition thymosin β 4 has a significant protective effect on apoptosis induced by hydrogen peroxide, reduces the rate of apoptosis greatly what’s more,the cell proliferation activity was significantly stronger than that of thymosin β 10.Conclusion: The inhibition of Velvet antler peptide monomer composition----thymosinβ 4for spinal cord neuron cell apoptosis.
