Spinal cord injury (SCI) refers to the violence injury, high falling injury, erosionlesions and so on, give rise to spinal cord damage, including spinal cord injury caused byinjury in the majority, lead to damaged cord below the plane of sensory and motor functionabate or complete loss,a disease of Bowel and bladder dysfunction. And nerve cell apoptosisis an important form of cell death of spinal cord injury, thus inhibiting cell apoptosis isimportant treatment method for the treatment of spinal cord injury.Purpose: Observe the inhibiting effect of Velvet antler peptide monomercomposition----thymosinβ10for spinal cord neuron cell apoptosis.Method: Using the method of measurement was named IC50to detect the inhibitingeffect of Velvet antler peptide for spinal cord neuron cell apoptosis.Result: Velvet antler polypeptides for spinal cord neurons has significant role inpromoting proliferation.There are Significant effects of correlation When the concentration is7.81-125μ g/ml. Concentration-response relationship between the concentration range of1.95,7.81,32.15,125μg/m in subsequent experiment according to the result of deerantler polypeptide on cell proliferation activity and the amount of velvet antler polypeptides inthe actual application situation.Conclusion: The inhibition of Velvet antler peptide monomer composition----thymosinβ10for spinal cord neuron cell apoptosis.
