| Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of thermal stimulation moxibustionat Zusanli District (ST36) in normal rats, from changes in the mesenteric vascular caliberto explain the mechanism of moxibustion heat stimulation on mesenteric microcirculation,thus depth moxibustion therapy for mesenteric microcirculation mechanism.Methods:45healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into the moxibustion group,experimental electro-acupuncture group and the control group,15in each group. Selectrat’s Zusanli area, respectively, choose moxibustion,acupuncture as blank tag. Using livevideo microscopy technique for continuous monitoring of mesenteric microvascularchanges in35minutes, measured fine move, change vein diameter.Results:1.moxibustion group and EA group fibrillation, the treatment of venous diameter,compared with before treatment after treatment, during, and after treatment weresignificantly increased diameter (P <0.05),the control group without significant changes(P>0.05).2.Relatively small arteries the same time period between three groups, moxibustion groupand EA group was significantly greater than the value of the fine arteries changes thecontrol group (P <0.05), while EA group although thin artery diameter greater than thechange in the moxibustion group, but the difference was not yet reached statisticalsignificance (P>0.05).3.Among the same period time, the three groups relatively thin vein, moxibustion groupand EA group was significantly greater than the value of the fine vein changes than thecontrol group (P <0.05), while changes in the moxibustion group although thin veindiameter greater than the EA group, but the difference did not reach statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: The zusanli point area to stimulate foot in mesenteric microvascular haveinstantly effect,This is may have relation with central nervous. |
