| Purpose:To duplicate the two types of diabetes animal models, by detecting a selection of Chinese medicine compound on diabetes and myocardial tissue SOD activity and MDA content in mice auricle microcirculation observation, show that the selection of Chinese medicine compound in diabetes prevention and control of heart disease have a certain role in mice.Methods:Using streptozotocin (STZ) copy two diabetic mice (150mg/kg injection and50mg/kg three consecutive injection), after the mice into the mold were randomly divided into4groups, two types of model group with15rats in each group, traditional Chinese medicine two types of15each, and selecting10just the same batches of normal mice as control group. At the end of the experiment, blood glucose, body weight of mice was detected microcirculation of auricle of mice, SOD activity and MDA content in myocardial tissue of mice were measured by ELISA kit, through the research on the detection and analysis of these indicators, to further validate the use of this topic selection of TCM small compound on two diabetic mouse heart lesions formed in different molding methods of prevention and treatment and the mechanism.Results:1. The selection of Chinese medicine compound can improve the living conditions of mice, and significantly reduce the blood sugar of diabetic mice.2. The selection of Chinese medicine compound can obviously reduce the myocardial tissue MDA content, and improve the activity of SOD in cardiac tissue.3. Select Chinese medicine compound can improve the microcirculation of the diabetes mice.Conclusion:Diabetic mouse models of formation of small doses of STZ the molding method is suitable for experimental research in the pathogenesis of diabetes in this area; small compound traditional Chinese medicine can be selected by lowering blood glucose, diabetes mice increased myocardial SOD activity, decreased myocardial tissue MDA content and improve the microcirculation and so on many aspects has the effect of prevention and treatment some of the heart disease in diabetes mellitus. |
