The Clinical Research Of The Treatment For Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis (Liver Stomach Disharmony Syndrome) With ShuganLidanHewei Decoction

Purpose: This subject mainly research ShuganLidanHewei decoction treatment of primary bilereflux gastritis (liver stomach with certificate) clinical curative effect, and discussed its composition,principle and mechanism of the treatment for clinical application and development of new drugs for basicresearch.Method:This study collected in liver stomach with certificate of primary bile reflux gastritis patientswith60cases, using the randomized method,60cases were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group,30cases in treatment group in the liver, ShuganLidanHewei decoction treatment, controlgroup to gastritis kang capsule treatment, treatment of8weeks for a consecutive period of treatment, twogroups of patients before treatment and8weeks after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, signsand gastroscope inspection report, score and record, and the results were statistically analyzed.Result: Treatment group and control group in clinical curative effect of healing by13.3%,6.7%,respectively, were33.3%,30%,43.3%,40.0%, effective invalid,23.3%total effective rate90%,10.0%and23.3%. The treatment group compared with the contrast way curative effect (P <0.05, there is significantdifference, the former clinical curative effect is superior to the latter. Two groups of gastroscopy curativeeffect for recovery of16.7%,10%respectively,36had marked effect,7%,33.3%,36.7%,36.7%, effectiveinvalid were10%,320%, total effective rate90%,80%. Two groups of total efficacy (P <0.05, withsignificant difference, gastroscopy curative effect shows that the treatment group also is better than thecontrol group.Conclusion: ShuganLidanHewei decoction in treatment of liver stomach type with bile refluxgastritis, clinical studies have shown that his own type can significantly improve liver stomach with bilereflux gastritis clinical symptoms, without any adverse reaction, ShuganLidanHewei decoction in thetreatment of primary bile reflux gastritis, liver stomach with good clinical curative effect on card.
