| Objective:By observing the way of dispelling smoulder and comforting stomach Chinese medicine decoction of Bile reflux gastritis (BRG) liver-stomach disharmony the gastroscope Duodenogastric (DRG) reflux,to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine teeatment of bile reflux gastritis and drug safely,initially to explore its mechanism.Methods:Choose of bile-regurgitational gastritis with patients with liver stomach type60cases, according to smoke, divided into the treatment group and control group each30cases. Choose butyl Lin and aluminum magnesium carbonate chewing piece as the control medicine. Patients taking JieYu and stomach scattered. The control group in taking it butyl Lin and aluminum magnesium carbonate in the process of chewing flakes, banned the use of other and experimental drugs utility of Chinese and western medicine similar. Two groups of course are4weeks, just4weeks. Two groups of patients before and after treatment observation of the symptoms, signs, the PH value and upper change gastric juice.Results:1.The treatment group and control group after treatment is statistically significant symptoms (P<0.05), the treatment group than in control group.2. The treatment group and control group after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group than in control group.3. The treatment group and control group with performance compared with statistical significance under(P<0.05), the treatment group than in control group.Conclusion:1.The way of dispelling smoulder and comforting stomach to stomach BRG patients with liver type in the clinical symptoms, signs and syndromes integral were obviously improved.2. The way of dispelling smoulder and comforting stomach to patients with bile reverse flow and inflammation under was improved.3.
