| Objective: Noninvasive hemodynamic method to compare Shenfu plus conventionalWestern medicine with conventional Western medicine treatment of cardiovascular andkidney yang acute left ventricular failure efficacy and safety of patients, to guide itsclinical application.Methods: The60cases of heart deficiency in patients with acute left heart failurewere randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of30cases. The clinicalsymptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, non-invasivehemodynamic parameters, left ventricular ejection fraction, BNP. After statistical analysis,comparing the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group.Results: Shenfu can effectively reduce heart deficiency in patients with acute leftventricular failure TCM symptom scores improved non-invasive hemodynamic parameters,improved left ventricular ejection fraction, reduced BNP. After statistical analysis, thetreatment group than in the control group (p <0.05).Conclusion: Clinical studies have proven that Shenfu can significantly improve theclinical symptoms and improve hemodynamics, improve left ventricular ejection fraction,reduced BNP. Has a certain reference value for the treatment of acute heart failure. |
