Objective:To measure ciliary sulcus horizontal diameter and anterior chamber anglediameter in moderate and high myopic eyes using UBM, comparing with the result of OCT, to explore the accuracy checking method. To research whether there is a linear relationship between axial length (AL), anterior chamber diameter and ciliary sulcus.Methods:This is a prospective and continuous research. The research object is58moderate and high myopias. Among them, there are64eyes of32males,50eyes of26females. Meanwhile, the right eye in58cases,56cases of left eye. Age is17-43years old, average age is24.18±7.53years old. According to the axial length of the eyes, they are divided into two group A51eyes and B63eyes.24mm<Group A≤26mm,26mm<Group B≤28mm, mean spherical equivalent refraction is-6.57±1.50D of A group,-9.37±2.85D of B.TO measure STS, and ATAu using UBM,and ATAa using AS-OCT, and AL、WTW using IOL-Master. To get the average of3times. To analysis of WTW, ATAa and ATAu with single factor variance, and to multiple is there correlation analysis between them with Pearson, to evaluate the results of the them with Bland-Altman analysis method; and then to test whether there is a linear relationship between STS value and AL, WTW, ATAa, ATAu using multiple linear. Result:(1) Ggroup A:The average value is11.52±0.56mm of STS、The average value is25.37±0.47mm of AL、The average value is11.61±0.43mm of WTW、The average valuei is11.73±0.48mm of ATAa、The average valuei is11.35±0.48mm of ATAu; Ggroup B:The average value is11.55±0.50mm of STS. The average value is26.81±0.55mm of AL、The average value is11.80±0.47mm of WTW、The average value is11.96±0.41mm of ATAa、The average value is11.41±0.45mm of ATAu。(2) Ggroup A:The Difference is0.38±0.30mm of ATAa and ATAu, The difference in ATAa and ATAu values did not exceed-0.20~+0.96mm and the maximum was0.88mm with a probability of95%. The Difference is0.12±0.29mm of ATAa and WTW, The difference in ATAa and WTW values did not exceed-0.44~+0.68mm and the maximum was0.49mm with a probability of95%; The Difference is-0.26±0.32mm of ATAu and WTW, The difference in ATAu and WTW values did not exceed-0.89~+0.37mm and the maximum was0.71mm with a probability of95%. Ggroup B:The Difference is0.56±0.28mm of ATAa and ATAu, The difference in ATAa and WTW values did not exceed0.02~+1.10mm and the maximum was1.0mm with a probability of95%; The Difference is0.17±0.43mm of ATAa and WTW, The difference in ATAa and WTW values did not exceed-0.68~+1.02mm and the maximum was0.99mm with a probability of95%; The Difference is-0.39±0.40mm of ATAu and WTW, The difference in ATAu and WTW values did not exceed-1.18~+0.40mm and the maximum was1.10mm with a probability of95%.(3) Ggroup A:The multiple linear regression analysis showed that ATAa、ATAu Significant linear correlation with STS, P<0.05. Ggroup B:The multiple linear regression analysis showed that ATAu Significant linear correlation with STS, P<0.05.(4) The Coefficient of variation is4.9%of STS with group A, The Coefficient of variation is4.3%of STS with group B, If the variation coefficient is less than10%, So is considered good repeatability. The STS has a good stability and repeatability. Conclusion:The UBM measurement is feasible in measuring the level of Ciliary sulcus diameter. AS-OCT is better in measuring ATA, STS calculation should be adjusted accordingly with the axial length...
