Objective: By detecting the proportion of Peripheral-blood CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells in kidney Yang deficiency type chronic aplasticanemia patients before and after treatment, observe the impact toperipheral hemogram and Tregs cells in Chronic aplastic anemia patientswith called Jianpi bushen adding radix aconiti carmichaeli and to exploreits therapeutic mechanism for better clinical application.Methods:36kidney Yang deficiency type of chronic aplastic anemia patients in ourhospital between April2013and December2013were randomly divided intomonkshood group and the control group,18cases in each group, respectivelygiven Jianpi bushen method and Jianpi bushen method adding radix aconiticarmichaeli in traditional Chinese medicine treatment;Another collectionof5cases of normal person as blank group, observation method were asfollows:(1) using flow cytometry to test three sets of peripheral bloodCD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells, the proportion of monkshood group werecompared between the two groups, control group and the blank group ofpatients with peripheral blood CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells in theproportion of differences;Cells (2)the36cases of kidney Yang deficiencytype chronic aplastic anemia patients after treatment of peripheral bloodCD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells were observed before and after treatment of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells in the proportion ofchange using flow cytometry;(3) according to the change of TCM syndromeafter to spleen and kidney and treatment with Chinese medicine monkshoodevaluation of clinical comprehensive curative effect.Results: the controlof lateral kidney Yang deficiency type chronic aplastic anemia patientsbefore treatment of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells issignificantly lower than the proportion of the blank group (P <0.01), butbetween the two groups of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cellsproportion there was no significant difference (P>0.05);(2) After givencorresponding drug treatment, the monkshood group group and control groupin kidney Yang deficiency type chronic aplastic anemia patients peripheralblood CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells were significantly higher than theproportion of before treatment (P <0.01);After treatment the group oflateral peripheral blood CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells were significantlyhigher than the proportion of the control group (P <0.05);(3) After Jianpibushen method adding radix aconiti carmichaeli treatment, the kidney Yangdeficiency of TCM syndrome type of chronic aplastic anemia patientsimproved obviously, the total effective rate was94.44%, the clinicalcomprehensive efficacy effective rate was100%.Conclusion: Jianpi bushenmethod adding radix aconiti carmichaeli can effectively improve the kidneyYang deficiency type of chronic aplastic anemia patients clinical symptomsand hematology indexes, its mechanism of action may be related to the changeof peripheral blood CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tregs cells proportion. |
