Study On The Partial Mechanisms Of The Regulation Of Reproductive Effect Of Aconite Root Based On Tiangui Theory In Huangdi Neijing

ObjectiveThis paper systematically combs the connotation of "Tiangui" through the understanding of "Tiangui" theory in Huangdi Neijing and the exertion and application of later generations of physicians,and probes into "HPG axis" as part of "Tiangui";taking aconite as the main drug to regulate male reproduction,through the effect of Aconite Decoction on the genital organs and related hormone levels of "HPG axis" in male rats with kidney-yang deficiency.To explore the partial effect mechanism of Aconite on male reproductive regulation and expand the application scope of aconite in male reproductive diseases.Methods(1)By consulting CNKI and other databases,this paper systematically sorted out the relevant theories of Tiangui in Huangdi Neijing,the differences between male and female Tiangui,and the understanding and clinical application of Tiangui by later physicians.Combining with modern medical knowledge,the theoretical connotation of Tiangui was expanded.(2)Adenine and hydrocortisone were used to establish two different types of male rats with kidney-yang deficiency.The effects of Aconite Decoction on reproductive organs and hormone levels on HPG axis were investigated.Results(1)Literature study: The relationship between "Tiangui" and HPG axis can be explored by establishing animal model of kidney-yang deficiency.(2)Animal experiment: Aconite decoction can effectively improve the general condition and serum cyclic nucleotide content of two different types of kidney-yang deficiency rats,reduce the level of blood cGMP,increase the ratio of cAMP/cGMP,improve the abnormal changes of reproductive organs,and reduce the abnormally elevated levels of GnRH,FSH,LH,E2 and T,increase the total number of sperm cells,and increase the activity rate of sperm cells.Abnormal organ index and pathological damage of kidney,testis,epididymis and seminal vesicle gland caused by adenine andhydrocortisone.Conclusions(1)Literature collation: "Tiangui" is "invisible water",which originates from the worship of "water" by ancient Chinese people.The Internal Classic has laid its medical connotation.Through the interpretation of the naming of "Tiangui",it is concluded that "Tiangui" is a kind of subtle substance which is innate and has periodic influence on the growth,development,reproduction and aging activities of acquired,and "Tiangui" is due to male.Women play different roles in different aspects,mainly in the different reproductive cycles of men and women and the different roles in reproductive activities of men and women.In addition,Tiangui also has an impact on growth,development and aging.The theory of Tiangui in Neijing is a systematic understanding of male and female reproduction in TCM,which should be studied and developed.(2)Animal experiment: Aconite may regulate the effect of "Tiangui" on male reproduction by improving and restoring the disorder of reproductive organ index and related hormone levels on "HPG axis" in male rats with kidney-yang deficiency,thus restoring male reproductive function to normal.
